Charlie is a trauma-focused therapist specialising in addiction, ADHD, anxiety, attachment disorder, ASD, depression, eating disorders, OCD, personality disorders, PTSD and complex trauma, self-harm, sexual abuse, and suicidality.
He developed his knowledge at UCL’s Institute of Education before honing his clinical skills at the prestigious Yes We Can Youth Clinics in the Netherlands, later running their global aftercare programme during the COVID-19 pandemic. Concurrently, Charlie started his own private practice in London, and underwent further specialist BPS-accredited trainings in trauma and eating disorders.
Charlie is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy by Professional Studies at Metanoia Institute, and is also running his private practice.
Charlie draws on his own history of struggling with mental health issues, and strives to always create an authentic and vulnerable therapeutic relationship. Working in an integrative relational way, Charlie believes every client deserves a unique and subjectively-tailored approach.
50-minute sessions are available online. Please note Charlie only works with 12-25 year-olds in his practice.
