Charlie is a trauma-focused therapist specialising in addiction, ADHD, AuDHD, anxiety disorders, attachment disorder, ASD, depression, eating disorders, OCD, personality disorders, PTSD and complex trauma, self-harm, sexual abuse, and suicidality. 

He developed his knowledge at UCL’s Institute of Education before honing his clinical skills at the prestigious Yes We Can Youth Clinics in the Netherlands, later running their global aftercare programme during the COVID-19 pandemic. Concurrently, Charlie started his own private practice in London and underwent further specialist BPS-accredited training in trauma and eating disorders. 

Alongside his private practice, Charlie is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy by Professional Studies at Metanoia Institute.

Charlie draws on his own history of struggling with mental health issues and strives always to create an authentic and vulnerable therapeutic relationship. Working in an integrative, relational way, Charlie believes every client deserves a unique, subjectively tailored approach.

50-minute sessions are available online, and Charlie offers open-ended work. Please note that Charlie only works with 12-33-year-olds in his practice.
